- for thermal insulation, those who are subject to more demanding procedures designated by heritage preservationists, and homeowners in the Moravian-Silesian and Ústí nad Labem regions will be able to reach a higher amount
- for new buildings with very low energy consumption, it will be possible to obtain grants based on energy consumption ranging from 300,000 to 450,000 crowns; in the future, the ministry is considering a higher grant for houses with even lower environmental impact
- due to the introduction of so-called boiler subsidies, it will not be possible to apply for support for boiler replacement, but both subsidies can be combined
- the installation of photovoltaic systems into completed family houses and new buildings will be supported, with the amount of support reaching up to 100,000 CZK per house. Support of up to 35,000 CZK can be obtained for solar photovoltaic systems for heating water that cover at least 50 percent of the heat demand for hot water
- in photovoltaics, higher subsidies are directed towards supporting systems connected to the distribution network that allow the generated electricity to be used for immediate consumption in the building. A condition for granting support is achieving at least a 70 percent utilization rate of the system's profit to cover consumption directly in the house for which the support is provided
- subsidies will be available to owners of old solid fuel boilers if they connect to a central heating supply, where renewable sources account for more than 50 percent of the supply
- support can now be applied for separately for the installation of forced ventilation systems with heat recovery. The condition is achieving at least a 20 percent reduction in specific heat consumption for heating
