On the occasion of the completion of the foundation slab of the A series houses in the top'rezidence project, a ceremonial laying of the foundation stone took place on June 4 at the construction site in the Šárka Valley in Prague's Dejvice. This premium housing project, which will offer 50 above-standard equipped low-energy and passive houses in two phases, had 35% of the houses from the 1st phase sold before the construction began.

The foundation stone of the first development project by KKCG Real Estate was laid by Patrik Skála and Petr Pujman, representatives of KKCG Real Estate, as well as by the project's authors, architects Jaroslav Šafer and Oldřich Hájek, and Martin Plechata, a representative of the general contractor and CEO of Casta a.s. Some clients who chose top'rezidence as their home also attended the ceremony.

In addition to standard property management, services such as cleaning and gardening, laundry and garment cleaning, pet services, vehicle washing and cleaning, catering, etc., can be ordered.

Houses with floor areas ranging from 176.5 to 299.3 m² with a double garage in layouts of 5+1 or 5+kk start at 13.3 million crowns including VAT. In February 2016, a model house fully furnished and equipped according to the design of the OLGOJ CHORCHOJ studio, which is also responsible for the interior designs of family houses in the TOP and PREMIUM standards, will be opened. The completion of the construction of all houses is planned for 2017.
