Prague - Raiffeisenbank and the Slovak Tatra Bank have provided the developer group HB Reavis Group with a loan of 36.5 million euros (approximately one billion crowns) to finance the office project River Garden II./III. in Prague's Karlín district. The bank informed ČTK about this today. "We want to further strengthen our position in financing such projects. Currently, Raiffeisenbank is involved in financing a number of significant constructions in the fields of residential development, office and retail centers, logistics parks, and other commercial projects," stated Martin Hofmeister, the director of project financing at Raiffeisenbank. River Garden II./III. is the second administrative complex of HB Reavis in Prague's Karlín. Its architectural solution contributes to the extension of the Rohanské nábřeží boulevard, said Jiří Hrbáček, the financial director of HB Reavis Group. The total lettable area will exceed 25,000 m² across eight above-ground floors. The project is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of this year.
