Selection procedure for the position of Director of the Benedikt Rejt Gallery in Loune

Requirements:
- a university degree at least at the master's or engineering level;
- at least 3 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position;
- integrity;
- knowledge of the functioning and financing of a contributory organization;
- good organizational, management, and communication skills.

Advantages:
- orientation in legal issues of culture, museology, and heritage care;
- knowledge of the German or English language;
- orientation in areas of state and EU grant policy and other entities;
- publication activity and involvement in professional bodies;
- a driver's license of group B.

Application requirements:
- name, surname, title, date and place of birth, nationality, place of permanent residence, ID card number or residence permit number if foreign national, contact phone, email, date, and signature.

The applicant must attach:
- a structured professional CV;
- a concept for the development and management of the organization up to a maximum of 3 A4 pages;
- a motivation letter;
- original extract from the Criminal Records, not older than 3 months;
- verified copy of the highest obtained education document;
- written consent to the processing, storage, and provision of personal data to third parties for the purposes of the selection procedure in accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., on the protection of personal data, for the duration of the selection process;
- copies of professional certificates, if available.

Salary conditions are governed by Act No. 262/2006 Coll., Labor Code, and Government Regulation No. 564/2006 Coll., on salary conditions for employees in public services and administration; salary class at least 12.
