XXIII. General Assembly of the Czech Chamber of Architects - Invitation

XXIII. General Assembly of the Czech Chamber of Authorized Engineers and Technicians will take place on Saturday, April 16, 2016, at 9:30 AM in Brno, at the Faculty of Business and Economics of Mendel University in Brno (Zemědělská 1 - Building Q, 613 00 Brno).

• The General Assembly elects members of the Board, Supervisory Board, and Professional Court for a term of three years from among the regular members of the Chamber.
• The General Assembly approves: the rules of the Chamber (except for the authorization rules); the amount of members' contributions; the amount of compensation for time lost due to performing functions in the bodies of the Chamber; the budget of the Chamber for the relevant year and acknowledges the results of the previous year's management; resolutions.
• The General Assembly discusses and approves reports on the activities of other bodies of the Chamber and acknowledges the fulfillment of the resolutions from the previous General Assembly.
• The General Assembly may change or annul decisions of the Board.
• The General Assembly may decide on the establishment of auxiliary bodies and define their rights and obligations.
• The General Assembly also decides on other issues reserved for decision-making.

At the beginning of the meeting, representatives from the Ministry of Regional Development, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Czech Chamber of Authorized Engineers and Technicians in Construction, and the Slovak Chamber of Architects will speak.
