The Faculty of Architecture of ČVUT cordially invites you to a lecture by Jean-Marc Fritz, French architect and urban planner, partner of the firm SEURA, co-author of the new transportation hub, park, and urban center Les Halles in Paris, among other projects. Jean-Marc Fritz will focus on this complex urban, landscape, and infrastructural project that fundamentally transformed the "Belly of Paris," which the SEURA office planned and coordinated, in his lecture in Prague.

The lecture will take place on Monday, November 18, 2019, at 6:00 PM in lecture hall 155 Gočár, Faculty of Architecture ČVUT, Thákurova 9, Prague 6 Dejvice. It will be held in English, entry is free and accessible. You are invited to the foyer for a welcome drink from 5:30 PM.

Jean-Marc Fritz's presentation is the second of four "November Talks," which have brought significant foreign architects, urban planners, and landscape architects to the FA ČVUT for the fifth year. This takes place within the framework of the lecture series November Talks, supported since 2006 by the Sto Foundation at European schools of architecture. This year, the talks are held in London, Paris, Venice, Stuttgart, and Graz. In Prague, they have the subtitle "Transformation: changes in the boundaries of professions in a changing world."
