The Faculty of Architecture CTU cordially invites you to a lecture by Ivana and Jan Benda, Czech-Canadian architects and urban planners with extensive global professional experience. In the lecture titled Image of the City: From Research to Design to Build, they will present their research on the spatial structure of the city of Most, which they developed in the 1970s and from which they have drawn for the next 40 years in their international architectural and urban planning work. The Bendas' presentation will be the first of four “November Talks”, which for the fifth year brings significant foreign architects, urban planners, and landscape architects to FA CTU. This is part of the lecture series November Talks, which has been supported by the Sto Foundation at European schools of architecture since 2006. This year, they are being held in London, Paris, Venice, Stuttgart, and Graz. In Prague, they have the subtitle “Transformation: The Changing Boundaries of Professions in a Changing World.”
