Monday, November 12, 2012, at 7:00 PM at Divadlo 29 / Sv. Anežky České 29, Pardubice
The guests of the November lecture of the Offcity project will be, just like in the case of the previous lecture, an architectural studio from neighboring Slovakia. Unlike the studio n/a, whose lecture you could attend at Divadlo 29 on September 30, the architectural atelier Vallo Sadovský architects is much more renowned for many, despite also being a young team. The studio was founded in 2004 in Bratislava by Matúš Vallo and Oliver Sadovský, who specialize in urbanism, architecture, urban environment design, and furniture design. You can also read about them in foreign professional magazines. In 2008, Matúš Vallo and Oliver Sadovský established the initiative "City Interventions," which after two years crossed Slovak borders. In the Czech Republic, City Interventions have already taken place in Prague, Brno, and are being prepared, for example, in Jablonec nad Nisou. The results of the Prague City Interventions were showcased in 2010 at an exhibition in the Prague gallery DOX.
Admission: 50 CZK
