A significant portion of the delays in the approval process was caused by the complicated solution for connecting the houses to the sewer due to the insufficient capacity of the sewer network for the originally considered solution for drainage,” Opálková said.
Brno is also planning cooperative housing in other locations. In the fall, construction will begin on Kamenný vrch in Nový Lískovec, with 280 of the 353 apartments being cooperative. Further cooperative housing should also be created, for example, on Mostecká Street, in the Holásky district in Brno-Tuřany, on Francouzská Street, or in the Rumiště area.
