June 18, 2013 from 19:00 Sokol Stadium Brno I Kounicova 20/22
[Pecha Kucha] is a Japanese term for storytelling, but also a way to present interesting people, ideas, and projects. Besides the brisk presentation, where each participant has a limit of 6 minutes 40 seconds (20 images x 20 seconds), the evening is primarily about meeting designers, architects, artists, and other creatives. It's about their confrontation, connection, and introducing the public to their freshest ideas. The format, created by Klein Dytham architecture, has gained popularity worldwide since its launch in 2003 and has been taking place in Brno since 2009. The eleventh edition of Pecha Kucha Night Brno is being developed in collaboration with TJ Sokol Brno on the theme "sports, art, and architecture." The event is part of the Sokolské Culturae festival (June 11-18).
