The administrative building Roztyly Plaza was approved for use

The Passerinvest Group completed the new office building Roztyly Plaza in March in Prague 11, directly at the C metro station Roztyly. The project has thus newly expanded the Prague office market by 21,700 m² of state-of-the-art offices, of which currently only half are available. On the ground floor, the building offers 1,600 m² of retail units. From April, a modern canteen with a café called Perfect Canteen, a pharmacy, and a specialized drone shop will occupy these spaces. Besides easy accessibility, a significant advantage of the project is its generous connection to nature due to the close proximity of Krčský les (Krč Forest) and the Nové Roztyly city park. The architectural design of the Roztyly Plaza building comes from the studio Aulík Fišer architekti.
