House with the Soul of Tuscany – Successful Reconstruction of a Villa in Osnice

The villa in the Central Bohemian Osnice has been dressed in luxury and elegance during its complete reconstruction. For the house with the soul of Tuscany, architect Ing. Veronika Jilčíková, Ph.D. designed an entirely new interior that complements the character of the house's architecture. The entire furniture and interior equipment were produced by the Czech company SYMA Production s.r.o., which implemented everything under its brand SYMA Living.

A prominent motif running throughout the house is the play with light, which creates a cozy home atmosphere. The timeless white was chosen as the main color of the interior, which, in combination with warm wood, light gray marble walls, and recurring rounded shapes, creates a bright and airy space. The manufacturer emphasized the functionality and quality of the simple furniture again in white or light wood decor in warm shades.

The renovation utilized the most modern technologies and top-quality materials, which together create a perfect and functional whole. Since this is an exclusive building, SYMA Living used less conventional materials, such as onyx in the entrance area, Indian quartzite, or diamond-shaped profile boards in the kitchen corner.

Airly space with rounded shapes and timeless furniture

The dominant room is the living room with a dining area and kitchen corner. In the living room, a large upholstered sofa with cream-colored armchairs complemented by a low dark wood coffee table immediately catches the eye. Walls adorned with light gray marble create a pleasant contrast with the white furniture and the warm wood floor. The living room also features an atypical desk with the same glossy white surface used for the kitchen countertop.

In the dining area, the table with a massive wooden top and atypical glass base stands out, creating an impression as if the table is floating in space. The kitchen countertop is almost entirely white, except for the dark worktop. An elegant detail is the diamond-shaped profiles on both sides of the countertop.

Practical bedrooms and custom wardrobes

Simple bedrooms are complemented by wardrobes designed according to the client's specific requirements, combining open closets and glass display cases. One of the wardrobes features a beauty bar with a jewelry cabinet and an integrated mirror. In all bedrooms, care was taken to provide ample storage space considering the needs of their inhabitants. An interesting detail is a built-in wardrobe with a print of the Matterhorn mountain in the children's room.

Large gray marble slabs were also used in the bathroom interior, and here simple white furniture with rounded shapes is utilized. The airiness of the entire room is enhanced by large mirrors along several walls. Recurring architectural elements have also made the home gym and pool more cozy.

The new interior of the villa in Osnice is a prime example of how a luxury interior should look. Simple furniture, top-quality materials, and thoughtful details come together to create a beautiful whole full of elegance and taste.
