Schüco CZ s.r.o.

The Kaštanová Center presents a unique form of showcasing products and services in the field of housing and design in one place. The first center of its kind in the Czech Republic is primarily focused on architects, designers, planners, developers, and construction companies, though it also offers comprehensive professional consulting for end customers regarding the construction of family homes. The partnership project consists of quality Czech and foreign brands for comprehensive house construction, including interior and exterior furnishing. Part of Kaštanová includes the Rough Construction Center with a booth from Schüco and a presentation of aluminum window, door, and facade systems. You will find design showrooms, facilities for professionals, and a client center for end customers and large investors all in one place in Brno – Brno-Ivanovice, near the exits from highways D1 and D2. It will open on June 12, 2015.

A comprehensive approach, from project design through construction to interior design

The extensive area of 15,000 m2 creates enough space to showcase a wide range of brands, from representatives of rough construction with building materials, facade and roofing systems to design showrooms with interior furnishings and offerings of flooring, tiles, sanitary ware, kitchens, doors, lighting, furniture, and more. Visitors have access to a client center, professional consulting, a meeting and training room, a stylish café with catering service, a food shop, and a VIP zone that can be used for closing deals as well as for relaxation and entertainment, along with ample parking space. At the Kaštanová Center, in addition to services from architects and designers, you will be provided with contacts for structural engineers, fire technicians, and other specialists needed for project creation or new housing construction.

Rough Construction Center with Schüco products
The cornerstone of Kaštanová is the Rough Construction Center featuring a range of prominent companies offering building materials. In addition to what has been mentioned, you will find fireplaces, roof windows, heating, and air conditioning technology here. A partner in the field of windows, doors, and facades is Schüco, which represents aluminum systems. "The installation focuses on interesting and new solutions primarily for family housing. Specifically in Kaštanová, you will see a window with mechatronic hardware TipTronic or an intelligent modular panel for controlling entry doors, the Door Control System," explains Ing. Petr Herynek from Schüco CZ's marketing. In the showroom, you will also find a new product presented at the BAU trade fair in Munich in January, the panoramic sliding system ASS 77 PD.HI with manual control. "It is a subtle thermally insulated aluminum profile for large-format glazed walls. The structure is maximally transparent, barrier-free, and easily operable via a minimalist handle. For the ASS 77 PD profile, we offer several system variants, including different levels of thermal insulation, electric control, and corner configurations," specifies Petr Herynek.

Comfortable facilities 24 hours a day

The Kaštanová Center offers architects and their clients unrestricted access to showrooms 24 hours a day, seven days a week. The project also includes education for young people interested in design as well as organizing expert lectures by architects. The investor's goal is a return to good traditions, high-quality products and services, and the establishment of long-term synergistic cooperation among individual partners. If you head to Kaštanová, you need not worry about accessibility; it takes approximately eight minutes from the center of Brno and two minutes from the intersection of highways D1 and D2.
