Passive wooden structure – in person

At this year's fair IBF in Brno in Pavilion V, a "Passive Wooden Building – See it with Your Own Eyes" will be constructed. Can't come to Brno or won't have time to see everything? Wednesday, April 25
What is happening right at the house:
• we are applying cellulose insulation
• we are installing outdoor blinds
• we are assembling the construction of the side facade
• we are applying wood fiber insulation and contact insulation made of mineral fibers
• we are cladding the facade with larch boards
• between 2 PM and 4 PM – TESTING: Blower-door test for the airtightness of the building envelope

What is happening next to the house:
• we are constructing a sample wall from aerated concrete blocks and brick blocks
• we are insulating with graphite facade panels
• we are installing a plastic window

The construction reality show is organized by Passive House Center and many members of CPD will participate as well. The main processor of the project documentation is the company H.L.C. s.r.o. and the main construction material is NOVATOP panels.
