The company VESPER FRAMES from Rýmařov presented its project BydleniDnes at the Dřevostavby fair (February 24–27, 2011) in Prague at exhibition 4C14, which offers investors so-called "growing houses," i.e., the possibility of living in accordance with the latest requirements for modern housing (timeless, healthy, and energy-efficient) while always choosing a living space that corresponds to the current needs and capabilities of the individual or family. The project offers three mutually compatible modules – 1+kk, 2+kk, and 3+kk, where the house can grow or shrink according to the investor's needs. Fermacell fiber cement boards are used on the floors, ceilings, and optionally also on the exterior or interior walls of the modules.

The basis of the structural system of the exterior walls is a massive wooden wall with wood fiber insulation, a diffusion-open waterproofing layer, and a contact diffusion-open facade system. The external surface of the facade is variable and can consist of wooden cladding (vertical or horizontal), a plaster finish on a system board, or eternit facade panels.

The project is the result of teamwork between the LABOR13 s.r.o. studio from Prague, the engineering design office B2K design s.r.o. in Prague, and VESPER FRAMES, specialists in the design, preparation, production of components, and implementation of wooden buildings. According to Ing. Michal Šopík, owner of VESPER FRAMES, the BydleniDnes project encourages consideration of the choice between how we would like to live, i.e., on one hand our wishes, and on the other hand the consideration of what we can really afford - thus our real needs. “Luxury or modesty? Excess or functionality? Impulsive decision or clear investment? Our project is a true solution to the pressing question of quality and purposeful living - living within the contours of modern architectural style, emphasizing quality and comfort of the interior environment, energy efficiency, minimizing operating costs and invested funds.”, stated Michal Šopík.

Are you single and your investments are limited? Invest wisely, moderately, and directly into your property - the 1+kk module is available from 375,000 CZK. Expecting a family and need to quickly expand your space? There's nothing easier than ordering a children's room or office or expanding the bathroom - the 2+kk module can be purchased from 820,000 CZK. Are you an active senior and your large house is already beyond your patience? Build your own new 3+KK house (in case your grandchildren visit for the weekend) and invest the remaining finances in other ways. The largest module of the BydleniDnes project can be bought from 980,000 CZK!
