Rigips, s.r.o. invites you to the 4th International Trade Fair Timber Construction 2009, which will take place from February 26 to March 1, 2009, at the PVA Letňany exhibition center in Prague. At the Rigips booth in Hall 2, No. A21, a wooden sandwich construction will be presented in real dimensions. Together with five partner companies, approximately ten constructions of various wall compositions of timber constructions will be showcased, including the diffusion-open structure Rigips-diffuwall®. Visitors will be able to see practical demonstrations of the load-bearing capacity of Rigidur fiber cement boards. Selected Rigidur floor compositions, which were newly tested in the CSI Zlín testing laboratory at the end of last year, will also be presented to the general public. In collaboration with partner companies Alfahaus, Arbos, Ecomodula, HK-Dřestav, MS Holding, complete informational consulting will be provided, and some of the completed projects will be showcased.
In recent years, the growing trend of building family houses based on wood cannot be overlooked in the Czech Republic. The aim of the fair is to present to both the general and professional public the usability of wood in construction from the perspective of various buildings, constructions, building elements, and materials.
