In Prague, at the prestigious address Paris Street 23, a unique project has emerged that will attract all lovers of design and architecture. In a beautiful apartment building in the city center, five different families live, each with their own style and needs. However, now everyone has left, and they entrusted the keys to their homes to selected architects, who will transform the apartments in their absence according to their own vision. Five floors, five families, five architectural studios… Each apartment surprises with something different, but they all have one thing in common: a great experience of the interior and a unique signature. The apartments can be occupied in many different ways. In the morning, workshops, corporate, or private events will take place here. The afternoons will belong to guided tours, and the evenings are time for parties; simply reserve the space and organize an unforgettable event in the squat for your partners, friends, or employees. Squat ID23 will keep its doors open until December 22. www.squatid.cz
The apartment on the first floor was created by designer Ivanka Kowalski, who presents a reference to Parisian interiors here. She contrasts traditional and modern materials, so it is no surprise that she invited the company NĚMEC to realize the surfaces, whose patented surface Betonepox perfectly contrasts with the classic elements of the apartment.
Epoxy screed Betonepox was used in the apartment's bathrooms in combination with other materials. The private gym in the apartment is enhanced by the fresh greenery of the living, cascading, vertical garden of Němec.
On the second floor, architect Radka Valová and her studio OOOOX designed a unique apartment full of luxurious gold elements referring to the prestigious address. However, these are broken up by sharp geometric shapes and concrete surfaces from the company NĚMEC.
The dining room floor combines epoxy screed Betonepox with hexagonal tiles that connect in irregular transitions. The living room with classic tiled stoves will surprise you with an original, creative wall created by architect Valová with the help of the Němec team.
