On Saturday, June 5th, in the village of Blešno near Hradec Králové, a house will be "publicly" built

The house from MS HAUS received the 3rd prize in the 'Realized energy-efficient family house' category at the Wooden House 2010 competition

A significant domestic manufacturer of timber constructions, the company MS HAUS s.r.o. from Hradec Králové, has prepared for the general public a "public construction" of a house. The construction will take place in the village of Blešno near Hradec Králové on Saturday, June 5, 2010, and all fans of prefabricated wooden houses, whether from the general public or prospective buyers, are welcome.

The construction of the house will be moderated by the owner of MS HAUS s.r.o., Ing. Milan Schmiedt, and his colleagues, and throughout the day, visitors will see the assembly of the house and witness firsthand the speed and efficiency of timber construction. Refreshments will, of course, be provided. Come to Blešno to see how a house from MS HAUS is built – it will be worth it!

The low-energy family house from MS HAUS has exterior walls clad with FERMACELL panels, and FERMACELL gypsum fiberboards are also used for cladding the interior walls, with FERMACELL materials also utilized for the floors in this house.
MS HAUS has started to offer its houses with this year's novelty - FERMACELL greenline panels. The new construction with internal cladding using these panels had its premiere at the Wooden Constructions 2010 fair. For the MS Passive series of houses, these panels are now standard, and according to Milan Schmiedt, the managing director of MS HAUS, the company aims to appeal primarily to customers who place great emphasis on healthy living.
