From January 21, 2019, the Faculty of Art and Architecture at the Technical University of Liberec will host the 21st opening of the student competition Ještěd f Kleci. As in previous years, the announcement will be accompanied by several days of accompanying program in the center of Liberec.
On Tuesday, January 22 at 5:00 PM, there will be a lecture on the topic of public space in Liberec in collaboration with the Fryč Bookstore and Antique Shop, where the lecture will take place, featuring a discussion with Jiří Janďourek from the Atak studio and a lecturer at FUA TUL, and Petr Janda, one of the authors of the memorial to the victims of communism.
On Wednesday, January 23, workshops for students will take place, and in the evening at 8:00 PM, the bands The Valentines and Virvál will perform in Vokně.
On Thursday, January 24, there will be a ceremonial announcement of the best semester project in Atelier Karel Hubáček by a professional jury consisting of: Lenka Míková, Szymon Rozwałka, David Neuhäusl, Kurt Gebauer, and Dan Gregor.
