Summer Lead Dusan 2012

The Association of Architecture Listeners organized the second round of the summer Lead Dušan - a cult competition for the best projects and studios at the Faculty of Architecture CTU. Two independent juries selected winners in the categories of architecture and design, for both individuals and studios.

At the ceremonial announcement in front of the Faculty of Architecture CTU, lead statuettes for the best architectural designs were awarded to Edita Lehnerová, Michal Leňo, Matúš Sceranko, and Tereza Šváchová, as well as the studio of Petr Hájek and Jaroslav Hulín, the studio of Ondřej Císler, and the studio of Kuzemenský - Synek in the architecture category. The historic first Lead Dušan in the design category was awarded to Helena Sládková, while the jury did not award a statuette to any design studios.

This year's edition was interesting not only for its results and the number of nominations and awards but also because the public could follow the entire nomination selection process - allowing them to see and understand the work of the jurors: Martin Rajniš, Sylva Matějková, Pavel Nasadil, Petr Janda, and Josef Kocián.
The design category was judged by: Jan Čapek, Mariana Holá, and Jerry Koza.

We thank everyone who collaborates with us, supports us, and follows Lead Dušan, and we look forward to the next, already twentieth edition of the winter Lead Dušan.
