The 8th annual competitive review for students and architects under 33 years old has been launched. This year's theme Architecture Beyond Time is focused on works that do not view architecture purely from a utilitarian, technical, or aesthetic perspective, but rather on works that strive to get to the essence. Related to today’s time, yet standing outside of it. The theme is intentionally "broad," open to various scales, assignments, and methods of processing, yet always includes the search for the very essence of architecture itself.

The expert jury works under the leadership of the dean of FUA TU in Liberec Zdeněk Franěk consisting of: Petr Hájek, Jakub Fišer, Jana Hlavová, and Josef Pechar. The submitted studies will be evaluated based on the criteria: quality of architectural/urban solution; site selection, concept and contextuality of the solution; contribution to the quality of the environment, sustainability, and cleverness of the design; innovation and originality of the work.

Also this year, there will be a public voting and a traveling exhibition.

Deadline: June 20, 2016.
Announcement of results: September 20, 2016.
