Residential Tower in Mumbai by Perkins+Will

In Mumbai, the construction of a twenty-seven-story building has been completed, which will serve the family of Mukesh Ambani, who is according to Forbes the fourth richest man in India. Ambani, along with his wife and three children, will have access to a house with a total area of over 37,000 m². More than six hundred employees will take care of the operation and maintenance of the building, which has more rooms than the Palace of Versailles.
The 173-meter tall building offers, in addition to a spa, fitness center, and dance halls, a swimming pool, a cinema, three helipads on the roof, and a parking lot for 160 cars on the lower level. The project of the “family skyscraper” was designed by the Chicago architectural firm Perkins+Will.
