Daramis has begun the construction of a residential project on the banks of the Vltava River in the center of Prague

Prague – The company Daramis has begun construction of a residential complex on the banks of the Vltava River in the center of Prague. The project, which should extend the existing Smíchov waterfront, includes a total of 114 apartments with communal spaces. It is expected to be completed in 2030. Daramis announced this today. The investment is estimated to be around three to four billion crowns, making it the most expensive residential project in Prague's history from the perspective of investments.

"In August we are launching the Bay 55 project. The first significant phase will be the extension of the Smíchov waterfront, which will expand the public space along the Vltava River. We plan to complete the entire project in 2030," said Daramis founder Omri Sivor.

According to him, this is the company's most significant project to date. "It's not just about an exceptional location or architecture. Our goal is to create a place that offers an entirely new way of urban living, connecting the privacy of home with the level of services of world hotel brands," Sivor noted.

According to Daramis CEO Dušan Krajči, the total investment is estimated to be between three and four billion crowns. This makes it the company's most expensive project to date. The complete interior design of the project is being prepared by Kristina Zanic Consultants. The overall architectural design is prepared by Schindler Seko architects.

The project will include a total of 114 branded residences, which will also feature private communal spaces such as a wellness and fitness studio, a residential lounge, and other services.

Daramis has been active in the Czech market for 25 years. During this time, it has completed more than 25 projects totaling 4,300 apartments for more than 7,500 residents. Over the next five years, Daramis aims to build an additional 2,000 apartments. In the past, the company has already built the Marina Island and Prague Marina Nova residences along the banks of the Vltava River in Holešovice.
