Are you hesitating whether to apply for civil engineering or architecture? Do you want to know if a degree from our faculty will give you an advantage in the job market? Are you finishing high school and unsure if that will put you at a disadvantage compared to applicants from construction schools during admissions or when studying? Are you interested in which architects and designers you will be able to learn from? The open day is an opportunity to clarify everything you need to know before making your final decision. Come, we look forward to seeing you!
In good time before submitting applications for study, you will become acquainted with our study programs, namely Architecture and Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, and Design. You will learn everything essential about studying at the Faculty of Architecture, about the course of the admission process, and about the possibilities of enrolling in one of the preparatory courses; interested parties will also be able to participate in a guided tour of the faculty building led by Prof. Alena Šrámková. In addition to answering any questions regarding future studies, we will present in more detail not only studio teaching as a core part of the study but also the range of activities we engage in beyond compulsory education.
