How does it feel to live in the iconic rounded Wolkerák after more than 50 years, a project that involved the famous architect Karel Hubáček? This unique panel building, inspired by Scandinavian architecture, designed by Jaromír Vacek (SIAL), stands above the Liberec villa district with an impressive view of Ještěd. We will visit it during a regional guided tour on sustainable apartment buildings. We will have the opportunity to see not only the basement of the entire building but also one of the sensitively renovated apartments. From the chairman of the homeowners' association, we will learn how nearly 300 apartments manage to communicate, what renovations have already taken place in the building, and what repairs are still pending. Register and join us for this unique tour on Sunday, March 30, 2025, at 2:00 PM.

The free tour is organized by Rethink Architecture.
