Liberec will have a large territorial study prepared for Krásná Studánka

Liberec - Liberec will have a land-use study prepared for Krásná Studánka. It is a suburban neighborhood of the city with residential housing. According to Deputy Mayor Adam Lenert (ANO), the study will address an area of approximately 45 hectares, where several hundred homes could be added.

The study will deal with, for example, the connection of individual plots and the solution of street lines and the distances between individual structures, Lenert told reporters. According to him, this area is located between the first-class road 13 and Hejnická Street from the Kačák pond to the roundabout before Mníšek. The city would like to have the land-use study for this location completed next year. It is currently looking for a company to prepare it. The city hall expects to pay 1.35 million excluding tax for its preparation.

The creation of the land-use study for Krásná Studánka, according to Lenert, follows the new land-use plan for Liberec. Within six years, the city aims to have studies prepared for 75 locations, with the one in Krásná Studánka being among those of significant scope. "We started with Papírák (the Papírové náměstí area), now we are working on the Studánka and next year we are preparing a large study in Ostašov, where a new neighborhood for about 5,000 users of the area is expected to develop," added the deputy.
