Museum Kampa is among the top ten best and little-known

London - Prague's Museum Kampa has made it to the list of the top ten best yet little-known museums in Europe, as recommended by the British newspaper The Guardian in its current issue.
    The publication points out that a visit to any of the European cities is likely to include a trip to a museum as well. But why not avoid the most famous ones and try some of the "excellent alternatives"?
    Right at the beginning of the article, Museum Kampa is recommended, where attention is drawn to the lined-up yellow penguins and a group of large crawling babies created by the artist known for various provocative sculptures, David Černý. The newspaper reminds readers that inside the museum, works by creators such as Yoko Ono, Andy Warhol, and Julian Opi have already been exhibited.
    Since its opening in 2003, Museum Kampa has been managing collections of Central European modern art and works by František Kupka and Otto Gutfreund. However, it regularly prepares short-term exhibitions of other Czech and foreign artists as well.
