Liberec - The councilors of the Liberec Region approved today the intention to buy the mountain hotel and transmitter Ještěd, which were offered to the region by Czech Radiocommunications in April. The technical monument will celebrate its 35th anniversary since opening this Wednesday; the price that the region will pay will be the subject of further negotiations. The remaining price is around 75 million crowns, said Karel Dolejší, the deputy governor, to ČTK today.
