Study: The highest prices for interior design of apartments are in the Zlín region

Prague - Interior design proposals are the most expensive in the Zlin Region, with prices starting at 38,500 CZK for an apartment of 60 m². In contrast, the cheapest services from interior designers can be found in the Olomouc Region, where they cost around 15,000 CZK. This is according to an analysis by Raiffeisen Building Savings Bank. In Prague, you can obtain an interior design proposal starting from 33,200 CZK.
    The analysis was conducted by the bank among 60 design studios in all regions of the Czech Republic based on a model example of an apartment of 60 m². According to the study, the preparation of a complete interior visualization takes approximately four to eight weeks.
    In many cases, however, people can reduce the cost of designing the interior according to the study. If they have a furnishing proposal prepared in a studio and simultaneously purchase the furnishings through a partner network, they can save several thousand crowns. In such cases, some designers do not charge for the cost of visualizing the interior.
    "Investing in the services of interior designers can significantly assist with home modifications. The higher the amount you invest in the renovation, the more it pays off to consult with a professional right at the beginning. This will help you avoid potential complications or forced redoing," said Raiffeisen Building Savings Bank spokeswoman Jitka Jechová.
