Transport yourself for an afternoon to Bílek's Villa and listen to a lecture by David Bareš, an art historian, doctoral student at Sorbonne, and lecturer at Bílek's Villa in Prague. The lecture will focus on the presentation of František Bílek's villa in Prague, and a visual virtual tour of the villa will be accompanied by an explanation of the key ideas of selected works by Bílek. The speaker will introduce the audience to the ideological and formal starting points, as well as literary sources of inspiration and the spiritual aspect of František Bílek's work, placing it within the context of the contemporary European artistic environment.
