Schüco CZ s.r.o.

From January 19 to 24, 2015, the Messe München exhibition grounds will be filled with hundreds of exhibitors from the construction industry operating worldwide. In the home environment of the most significant construction fair BAU 2015, Schüco International KG will also showcase innovations in the range of windows, doors, and facades. Schüco products and project solutions will be displayed at booth number 301 in hall B1. Be sure to come and take a look. After two years, the theme of the Schüco parametric facade will once again be presented, while in 2013 it was introduced as a concept or vision, in January 2015 it will already be mass-produced!

People are spending more and more time in buildings, and urbanization is progressing. Changing lifestyles increase the demands for building security, comfortable use, individualized design, and sustainability. Energy efficiency is, given the rising energy prices, a fundamental requirement for successful building envelope products. Against this backdrop, Schüco brings timeless window, door, and facade systems for intelligent, sustainable, and energy-efficient construction, meeting the most demanding design, security, and user comfort requirements.

Individualized 3D facade produced in series

The Schüco Parametric System facade undoubtedly deserves attention
, whose prototype was first presented at the last BAU in Munich. After just two years, the three-dimensional Schüco facade is already being mass-produced and offered on the market. The key to success lies in simplifying the creative process, namely planning, production, and assembly, as well as the reliability of the design in terms of aesthetics and cost transparency, and maximum construction freedom for the architect. The Schüco system transforms the design and realization of the 3D facade into a separate, fully coordinated process with a high degree of efficiency, information value, and flexibility. At its core is the digitization of the value chain. It works with a library of "intelligent" facade modules that are compatible with CAD programs. The individual items in the library can be freely combined, and the assessment of technical feasibility takes place concurrently from the first stage of design. Facade modules can be modified in various ways, they can be transparent or opaque, or integrated with photovoltaics. The modules are parameterized in the 3D model either individually or as a facade grid. Through simulation tools, it is possible to synchronize the facade with additional information. The system combines the economic advantages of serial industrial production with the customer demand for exclusive solutions.
