Polycarbonate panels from Rodeca have long been sought after in the market primarily for their quality, speed of assembly, and the systematic nature of the entire solution. They are popular among investors and construction companies, and more and more architects are able to realize their demanding projects thanks to them.

Rodeca polycarbonate panels, available in thicknesses of 40, 50, and 60 millimeters, are used in the field of industrial glazing, roofing, gabled and shed skylights, as well as in the construction of agricultural and sports halls. In recent years, they have also found their place as an interesting element in modern new constructions. Polycarbonate offers the possibility of realization even where a similar glass solution is not feasible, thanks to its mechanical properties.

The most commonly used panels are those with a thickness of 40 mm, manufactured in a modular width of 500 mm with a unique patented connection in the form of a groove. The panels differ in their internal structure—from four-walled to ten-walled variants. Depending on the number of walls, the U-value of the panels in a thickness of 40 mm ranges from 1.0 to 1.4 W/m²K. Depending on the chosen product and project requirements, profiles with or without a broken thermal bridge can be selected.

The higher category consists of panels with a thickness of 50 mm and a modular width of 495 mm. They are manufactured as ten-walled panels, with a thermal transmittance of approximately 0.9 W/m²K. They were developed as the world's first system meeting strict standards in combination with profiles with broken thermal bridges. The panels are available in solid color finishes or in a two-tone version known as DuoColor.

The flagship of the Rodeca system is the panel with a thickness of 60 mm and a modular width of 500 mm, manufactured with an internal twelve-walled structure. The U-value is 0.75 W/m²K. This panel meets the strictest requirements for the insulating and mechanical properties of the material. It finds application in projects where high thermal insulation is required in combination with a large amount of light transmission.

All panels are standardly produced in clear or opal finishes. However, Rodeca represents not only functional glazing but also modern design. The choice of color variants for the panels can create striking design façades that meet high technical and thermal property demands while also being original and beautiful.

Where a bold idea emerges, Rodeca can provide an easy path to its realization.
