Mr. Chairman,
it is a pity for the ČKA and the professional environment that you assess the situation in this way. My opinions, criticism - are my opinions and have an impact as the opinion of one person. This is entirely different from when the opinion of an individual or group becomes a position, such as the position of the ČKA.
I do not understand your letter and your call for an apology. You are certainly informed (I assume in detail since you are writing to me) that the ČKA has committed fatal errors in their dealings towards me (that is the discrimination).
You may know the responses of your officials - architects Jírovec and Hradečný to my open letter, in which I defended myself. (that is the abuse of their positions and advantages, where they from their positions as ČKA officials question my claims and from their “objective” positions manipulate public opinion. They are people I do not know at all, and yet they find it worthwhile to harm me through personal initiative, hidden behind the positions of the ČKA).
A piece of information for you, which could also explain the text in Reflex, is that I visited in 2009 the ČKA and studied my file. There were some sections, new to me, some incredible, discrediting the administrative bodies of the ČKA and responsible officials. It is also completely unacceptable how you handle personal data and privacy of individuals.
It is a pity that you write me such a text, especially since you probably know, or please find out, that I was unjustly condemned by you, that is, the ČKA, and demonstrably discriminated against with reference to a legally time-barred matter and additionally to a matter that is objectively socially defensible even without the time limitation. You must know that on the side of the ČKA there were numerous and fundamental errors, which my attempt to pursue unpaid contributions to a correct professional environment cannot equal in terms of the amount of damage.
I believe that if you wanted to understand what I am saying and criticizing, you would understand it. An apology from my side is not appropriate, but I am an optimist in the belief that everything will be put right. At the societal level, I will attempt to do so with a text addressed to the General Assembly and I will convert my still impersonal criticism of the ČKA into a personal and specific one, as you wish.
From your letter, especially from the last paragraph, I sense your personal interest (and again I think we do not know each other personally at all) beyond the perspective of an objective disinterested representative of the ČKA. I assume that when you act this way, you fully identify with the actions of the Czech Chamber of Architects and take full personal responsibility for its actions.
