Developer SHD Real Estate presented the future look of the residential project Lipno Vista, the construction of which will begin in the second half of 2026. On a total area of 16,000 m², the project will offer a total of 179 residential units ranging from 1+kk to 4+kk with underground parking and storage. Seven buildings are sensitively integrated into the sloped terrain to naturally blend with the horizon and preserve the panorama of the lake. The houses are grouped around a newly created square lined with trees, which will create a natural center for gathering. The façades and interiors will work with natural materials: the dominant element is wood, reflecting the species composition of the surrounding forests, complemented by stone referencing the region's rock formations and metallic elements on the roofs.
