The architectural design is expected to be completed by November, with construction starting in 2019. The building in the business district, set to open in 2024, will surpass the current tallest building, which is 373 meters high. It will consist of two parts: a lower 12-story building only 32 meters wide, which will house commercial and office spaces, and mainly residential skyscraper with 104 floors. At a height of 399 meters, there will be an observation deck, and at the top, a heliport.
