Prague - In Prague 6, in the Tichá Šárka area, 14 villas of the top’rezidence Jenerálka project have been completed. The development company KKCG Real Estate Group finished the project and obtained occupancy permits for it at the end of this February, and is now starting to hand over the homes to new owners. Most of the villas are now sold. The total investment reached approximately 650 million crowns. CTK was informed about this today by the company's media representative, Martina Jašková.
"At the time of completion, 90 percent of the villas are already sold and the handover of the houses to new residents is beginning," Jašková stated. The project is located near the Šárecké valley not far from Hanspaulka and offers green living with access to the city center. A new street was also part of the construction. The architectural design of most of the houses was prepared by the Prague studio Abtsmolen, while one of the villas was designed by the studio Chybik + Kristof Architekti.
The houses are designed to be low-energy and equipped with modern technologies, such as controlled ventilation systems with heat recovery or ceiling heating and cooling. Also included is a central system for controlling the technologies in the house. Each villa has its own garden and terrace.
The project follows earlier residential development of the top’rezidence Šárecké údolí, which KKCG Real Estate Group implemented in the same area.
