The Academy of Art, Architecture and Design invites you to a lecture by the prominent French architect Francois Roche on behalf of S/he: Critical things doesn’t abolish the risk. Francois Roche is an architect and co-founder of the architectural office New Territories, which evolved from many previous studios. Every two years, Roche changes the name of his studio or workshop to "desacralize" the habits and procedures of the studio with the aim of discovering entirely new methods for each task. This also gives rise to his provocative statements that characterize both himself and the processes in his own work.
