A perfect example is the new façade of the parking building right at the airport. Due to the increasing number of passengers and the need for new parking spaces, a parking garage for over 1,200 vehicles was built at Tallinn Airport. And thanks to the perforated Cor-Ten panels from Ruukki, the structure is hard to miss. "It is a place that is very visible. Therefore, more effort was needed to create an airy, modern, and attractive building," says communication manager at Tallinn Airport, Margot Holts. The Cor-Ten façade from Ruukki achieved this.

Cor-Ten is a material with many forms. It is nearly pure steel with a small amount of alloys. It naturally develops a patina on its surface, which is initially reddish-brown and gradually darkens.
