Wiesner-Hager, the largest Austrian manufacturer of office furniture, equipped 4,000 m² of new office space for the perfume company Notino s.r.o. in Brno Business Park. The architectural design was created by Kyzlink Architects, which has previously successfully collaborated with the perfumery.
The goal of the project was to create a modern, timeless environment for the growing number of employees, while also providing better transport accessibility and a wider range of services in the area. The development of the architectural concept and design work lasted five months, with construction beginning in December 2016. Everything was completed at the turn of June and July 2017, and Notino was able to move into the new premises. The total cost for the project's implementation is 70 million CZK.
The furniture from Wiesner-Hager has equipped two entire floors of Notino in one of the buildings of the Brno Business Park complex. "Notino emphasized the desire to create an unconventional space using quality modern materials and elements, but not in the sense of ostentatious luxury. It was more about suitable and well-thought-out solutions for 'a good steward.' Our company supplied a total of over 1,000 pieces of furniture for the interior of the new offices, including, for example, our best-selling office chairs paro_2, stacking multi-purpose chairs nooi, and tables yuno," says Zdeněk Brisuda, director of the Czech branch of Wiesner-Hager.
This is a unique concept, where the client provided the architects with enough space and intervened very minimally in the design. As a result, the architects were not forced to make any significant concessions in their intent. The studio has decided to participate in several interior design competitions with the final shape, such as Room of the Year, Fit-out of the Year, and Office of the Year.
