The residential complex of three independent buildings combines urban living with the serene atmosphere of the countryside near the Stupava stream. As a result, it is a place where new apartment owners find a pleasant relaxing environment, including fresh air, as well as appropriate comfort in the interiors of purposefully designed residential units. An interesting aspect is the layout of the buildings on the land where a farmhouse once stood. A view from above shows that the houses reference the original three-nave design of agricultural buildings with a central courtyard. It is no wonder that the investor placed significant emphasis on quality and design, whether it concerns the shapes of the structures or the selection of materials and components. This can also be perceived in the surrounding area and the facilities of all three houses. If these profiles are, for example, equipped with central sealing, it is possible to achieve a Uw value of the window of up to 0.76 W/m²K. The noise parameters are also excellent, as windows with SYNEGO profiles can reduce noise by up to 47 dB (Rw parameter), although this naturally depends on the type of glazing. The seven-chamber profile has a construction depth of 80 mm and triple glazing. Technical parameters are not the only thing that makes SYNEGO an interesting product from the perspective of development projects. The windows carry the EcoPuls brand, which means that the window profile contains at least 40% recycled material, representing a qualitative contribution to environmental protection. And this is significant in today's society. However, this would still not be enough if excellent utility parameters were not accompanied by a favorable price, which is attractive for investors looking for high quality at a reasonable price. The advantage of SYNEGO profiles is also their comprehensiveness. In addition to windows, the manufacturer's offer includes entrance doors, balcony doors, lift-and-slide doors, or just sliding doors (SYNEGO SLIDE) and a range of other possible accessories including security features.

Relaxing interior environment

In the project of the Nový Majer residence, SYNEGO window systems have found their application in many respects. The two-tone design is somewhat of a given. The exterior is adorned with a modern anthracite shade, while the interior allows for imagination with a neutral white color of the window profile. Thanks to their construction, the windows contribute to a pleasantly comfortable temperature inside, while allowing for sufficient natural light. Each apartment also has its own balcony or front garden with balcony doors of SYNEGO provenance. The pleasant comfort in the interior is enhanced by electrically controlled external blinds. The apartments are equipped with underfloor heating in the bathrooms and fan coil cooling for setting the appropriate temperature in each room.
