The subject of the public procurement is the provision of consulting and advisory services in the field of architectural-urban consulting for the Department of City Development, the Council, and the City Council of Kyjov. This mainly concerns activities in the areas of:

•     Urban-architectural development of the city.
•     Creation of public spaces, including solutions for repairs, reconstructions, and furniture.
•     Building solutions (new constructions and reconstructions) in prominent or significant locations in the city.
•     Care for the historical heritage of the city through cooperation with the department of state heritage care.
•     Submitting proposals and recommendations to city authorities for urban-architectural adjustments and measures in the city
•    Cooperation in the preparation and project documentation for buildings funded by the city
•     Cooperation on tender conditions for the acquisition of land-use plans
•     Participation in selection committees
•     Participation in public discussions of projects
•     Communication with the public
•     Organization of architectural and urban competitions
•     Preparation of various informal conceptual documents, proposals, and development studies
•     Coordinating investment activities with architectural-urban perspectives
•     Guiding private investment intentions in terms of their potential impact on the urban-architectural development of the city
•     Coordination and assistance in the preparation of the city's strategic plan
•     Initiating, creating, and implementing visions for the city

Technical specification of the subject of the contract:

For the resolution of the above areas, a time commitment of 1/5 of the basic monthly working fund (1/5*170 hours) is expected, which is an assumption of 34 hours per month.
