The award of the Karlovy Vary Region Governor Jana Vildumetzová (ANO) went to the Restoration of the Historical Rest Area - replica in Kyselka. The award of the Mayor of Karlovy Vary Petr Kulhánek (KOA) was received, similarly to the expert jury, by the Olympic Palace Hotel, which was entered into the competition by the contractor, STASKO plus.

In the public voting, the Zimmel car dealership and service won, a building designed by FUTURE BAU s.r.o., which was carried out by the same company. The public most liked the proposal for the use of the former waterworks in Karlovy Vary's Tuhnice "Futura - new waterworks" by Jana Šemberová and Petr Čumr. In the category of rescued monuments, people voted the most online for the restoration of the Gothic fortress in Pomezné in the Cheb region.

The award from the magazine Stavebnictví was won by the already recognized Repair of the Bridge over the Jáchymovský Stream in other categories. The reconstruction of the Olympic Palace Hotel also received another award, as the Project Designer of the Year was Michal Odvody, who participated in the hotel reconstruction project.

This year's competition included 17 buildings, five projects, and six rescued monuments.
