Extraordinary times demand extraordinary solutions that are primarily fast and efficient. Naturally, modular construction steps in, which undeniably meets these parameters. The company KOMA MODULAR immediately responded to the needs of the company amid current restrictions and began producing special modules that can be easily cleaned and disinfected.
Five of these special modules were placed at the request of the Slovak civic association Dobrý Pastier, which cares for homeless people, in Kláštor pod Znievom to create a suitable environment for the homeless who were ordered into quarantine.
The sister company KOMA RENT has long focused on renting modules or entire modular sets for variable purposes. Its modules can currently be found at the Faculty Hospital Královské Vinohrady, where they serve to separate patients before entering the individual pavilions and to eliminate the spread of COVID-19 into other areas of the hospital.
