This time, a walk through the Prague **villa colony Bubeneč** will take you to the luxurious residences of **one of the richest families of the First Republic**. The **Petschk family** owned more than a dozen houses in Bubeneč, some of which were built according to the designs of their "court" **architect Max Spielmann**. During the walk, we will reveal where individual members of the Prague branch of the family lived and share many other interesting details from their history; for example, what marriage strategies they chose across generations or how the settlement between them and the CSSR took place in the 1980s for a portion of the property confiscated under the Beneš decrees. A part of the excursion is also a **climb via a secret path** leading around the famous villa Bianca designed by architect Jan Kotěra.
Participation in the event is conditioned by the purchase of a ticket. More information can be found on the organizer's website.
