Metropolitan Opera House in Taichung by Toyo Ito

On the pages of Forgemind.com, 27 photographs from the Toyo Ito exhibition at the Opera City Art Gallery in Tokyo have been published. A thirty-meter panel presents the thirty-five-year history of his architectural practice. However, models and plans of current projects under development or recently completed buildings prevail. The photographer paid the most attention to the competition project of the Metropolitan Opera in Taichung, which Ito won in December last year. Since then, the models and plans have progressed significantly.
