The court decided on the demolition of an unauthorized villa in Pardubice

Pardubice - The Regional Court in Hradec Králové has ruled that entrepreneur Miloš Holeček must demolish his villa in Pardubice, which he built in violation of the zoning plan. It confirmed the decision of the building authority, which ordered the illegal construction to be removed. This was reported today by Blesk.
    The entrepreneur began building the villa at Na Ležánkách in 2008 without a building permit. He could not obtain one because the land was not classified as a building plot; a larger part is designated as recreational green space in the zoning plan. Therefore, the building authority decided to remove the structure. Holeček claims that he had previously cooperated with the city in the exchange and sale of some parcels and allegedly had promised a change in the zoning plan for the Na Ležánkách area. However, the city rejected his proposal for the third time some time ago.
       For the illegal construction, Holeček also received a fine of 200,000 crowns. This decision was confirmed last year by the Supreme Administrative Court.
       The last hope for the entrepreneur is an extraordinary appeal. "Miloš Holeček has filed a cassation complaint with the Supreme Administrative Court," said Lenka Tobolková, head of the building department of the city district 1.
       However, the complaint does not have a suspensive effect. Therefore, the building authority will now urge Holeček to order the preparation of documentation on how he will demolish the villa. If he does not do so, the authority will prepare the documentation itself, and the owner of the building will pay for it, after which the demolition will take place.
