Invisible sliding system PREMIUM

Until now, the use of a concealed ceiling sliding system for heavy doors has been nearly an unsolvable problem. However, the PREMIUM aluminum sliding system proves that every obstacle can ultimately be successfully overcome.

A standardized solution for interiors with lowered ceilings is the PREMIUM sliding system. It differs from standard sliding solutions in its anchoring, and thus in its application as well. The load-bearing profile to which the PREMIUM sliding rail is attached is fixed directly to the raw non-visible ceiling. Its lower part is then covered by the visible interior ceiling, making it almost invisible. Thanks to this anchoring method, the sliding system can be built in and mounted into the load-bearing ceiling of a finished interior - it is necessary to dismantle the existing suspended ceiling, anchor the PREMIUM, and then remount the suspended ceiling. Thus, the sliding system becomes an ideal solution for spaces with lowered drywall ceilings that cannot be anchored. "The system is anchored to the ceiling using a high-strength aluminum profile and threaded rods secured with nuts. The aluminum rail is then inserted into this profile and screwed in place. The sliding door panels are suspended in the rails using trolleys and brackets. For doors with a thickness of 40 mm, the brackets are recessed into the top edge of the door panel. In the case of fully glass doors, Vetro 22 holders are used, which are covered with a profile and a cap made of anodized aluminum. The doors have their guide in the floor, and it is a matter of course to use a silent closing mechanism, making the entire system truly quiet and discreet," adds Petr Paksi, the executive director of the Czech company J.A.P., from which the PREMIUM sliding system originates.

The load capacity of the sliding system is indeed high, allowing for the installation of doors weighing up to 160 kg, making it suitable for large-format doors, supported by the sliding length, which can be up to six meters. As part of the door system, it is advisable to complement the PREMIUM sliding system with STRONG or MASTER doors in atypical height dimensions.
