1988–1995 Faculty of Architecture CTU in Prague

1994 co-founds together with Michal Kuzemenský the association Nová česká práce
19982009 partner at the studio HŠH architects
20042014 serves as a lecturer at the Faculty of Architecture CTU www.ateliersepka.cz
Since 2014 he has been the head of studio A1 at UMPRUM in Prague
2009 establishes the architectural office Šépka architekti: www.sepka-architekti.cz
2014-2016 he is the head of the project and competition office at IPR in Prague
Since 2014 he has been on the board of the Stanislav Sucharda Museum Foundation
2015 defended his habilitation thesis at UMPRUM in Prague on the topic "How a City is Made" and was appointed associate professor in the field of Architecture
2019 he became a professor in the field of architecture
